Belarus: Use European Games to Spur Media Freedom

The European Olympic Committees (EOC) should establish a complaints hotline for journalists during the 2019 European Games. Belarus will host the games, a multi-sport event for more than 4,000 athletes, in Minsk from June 21-30.
