Kochanova meets with Mogilev's Roma diaspora on behalf of Belarus' president

The meeting was prompted by media reports about violations during the investigation of the death of road policeman Evgeny Potapovich. The president heard the complaints and sent his representative to Mogilev to discuss the situation.
