FM: Belarus can serve as link between the EU and the East

Belarusian Foreign Affairs Minister Maxim Ryzhenkov visited the border
checkpoints Brest and Kozlovichi on 19 March. He assessed the
infrastructure and conditions for those crossing the Belarus-Poland
border.
