Russian Sberbank to build fountain with lights, music in Minsk by next Independence Day

The Sberbank head said: “Sberbank has come up with a new technology to combine light, sound, water, and image with an educational function. We put a lot of efforts into education. And we've come up with an educational fountain with lights and music.”
